This document lays down the privacy policy of the 2026 European Digital Competition Day conference, an event organised by the Computer & Communications Industry Association (CCIA Europe).

    How we process your data

    CCIA Europe has implemented appropriate technical and organisational measures to ensure the security of your personal data and to prevent its alteration, loss, unauthorised processing, or access.

    We may share your data with third parties that help to host or organise this conference, only insofar as this is necessary for specific purposes, such as security and logistics. In those cases, we only share the data that is strictly necessary for a third party to complete their assigned task.

    Photography and video recording

    By attending our event, you consent to being photographed and filmed. We reserve the right to use any photograph or video taken during the event for promotional purposes without obtaining additional permission from individuals depicted.

    Your rights under EU law

    You may exercise your rights under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), including the rights of access, rectification, erasure (‘right to be forgotten’), restriction of processing, data portability, and objection to processing.
