Chris Meyers

Chris Meyers joined Amazon in 2019 as Director and Associate General Counsel. Based in Luxembourg, he leads the company’s European competition and litigation teams. He began his legal career as an associate at Sullivan & Cromwell, where he served as a trial associate on the landmark United States versus Microsoft antitrust case brought by the United States Department of Justice. He subsequently joined the in-house legal department at Microsoft, working for several years at its European headquarters in Paris before being appointed as the Global Head of Antitrust. Meyers holds a law degree from Cornell University and a postgraduate diploma in European Union competition law from King’s College London.
